1. Orders

The customer accepts the terms of use by using the website and making a purchase there. When using our website, the Customer shall ensure that they have read and comprehended the Terms of Use. Before placing an order, the customer can always delete a product from the cart.

2. Confirmation

  • An electronic confirmation of the transaction will be given to the customer’s email address once Aston has received an order.
  • When placing a purchase, it’s crucial that the customer inputs the right email address.
  • Since the order confirmation (receipt) also acts as proof of the transaction, we advise retaining this email.

3. Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the order if they decide they no longer want to fulfill the purchase because of a delivery delay. The customer is required to receive the order if it has been shipped. Until the Customer receives confirmation from Aston through phone or email, the cancellation is not legitimate.

Aston has the right to refuse an order and issue a refund to the customer if a product has been discontinued. If a substitute or comparable product becomes available, Transparent will let the customer know.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Within 30 days of placing the order, the customer has the option to return the item. Only when the goods and its original packaging can be returned in unused condition will this entitlement be applicable.

The cost of the return must be covered by the consumer because Astons does not provide free returns. Aston should be notified within 30 days if an item is damaged in transit for information regarding an exchange. Transparent disclaims liability for any lost or misdirected returns.

After they arrive at the warehouse, all accepted refunds will be handled within 14 days. It can take several days for the bank transfer to appear on the customer’s account. If the reimbursement does not materialize after 20 days, please get in touch with Aston.

5. Warranty

For each item purchased from Aston through the website, concept shop, or pop-ups, the manufacturer voluntarily offers a one-year warranty (the “Warranty”). The rights granted by consumer law are in addition to the Warranty, not as a substitute for them. Customers are free to request service under the Warranty or under their local consumer law. Please get in touch with your neighborhood consumer organization for further information about consumer law.

5.1 The Warranty Covers the Following

For a period of one year following the date of the original purchase from Aston via the Website, Aston hereby warrants that the product is free from flaws; however, this warranty is only valid if the product is used in accordance with Aston published instructions for the product, such as its user manuals, technical specifications, etc., and is subject to the restrictions outlined in this document.

The Warranty only applies to the product the Customer purchased for their own use and not for resale.

5.2 The Warranty Does Not Apply to

(a) Goods acquired outside of the website through other means;
(b) Problems that develop more than a year after the date of the initial Transparent website purchase;
(c) Cosmetic damage, such as dents, scrapes, and broken plastic;
(d) Damage brought on by any external factor, such as a fire, accident, abuse, or overuse;
(e) Harm brought on by using or operating the Product outside of Aston stated instructions for the product, such as its user manuals, technical specifications, etc.; or
(f) A product that has been altered.

If the Customer submits a valid claim under the Warranty, Aston will, at its option:
(a) Repair the product; or
(b) Replace the product.
