Return conditions

We accept refunds within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the product, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

A product is considered defective if it has technical problems and is delivered to the customer.

Product description is incorrect: if the online description of the product is incorrect.

If the color of the goods differs from the online description, it is incorrect.

Wrong product quantity

If the quantity of delivered products is different from the ordered quantity, you have the right to request a return and refund.

Return Process

Get in touch with us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We’ll email you a return label and provide further instructions if your return is approved. We must accept returns of items shipped with a prior return authorization request.

Full priced items

We do offer returns/refunds on purchases that were made on full-priced items. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be minus the shipping paid originally.

Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
