Refund Policy

Refund time

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. But if 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item.

The merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective with all original packaging and tags.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you would like your order cancelled. You have 24 hours to cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Outside of this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
